Your satisfaction means everything to us! We’re proud to offer the highest quality customized apparel and the fastest shipping time. Please let us know if you are not completely satisfied with your order so that we can promptly fix the problem at no cost to you. If your custom apparel is misprinted, flawed, or damaged in any way, contact us within 3 days from receiving your products and we will offer you a reprint or a full refund as long as the item is in its original packing and not worn or damaged in any way. Please note that a refund might take up to 14 days after we have received your return. You will be notified immediately via email once the refund is issued. A refund will be issued back to the account linked to your original method of payment.

Note that above return and refund policy does not apply to personalized and customized orders. Personalized and customized orders will not be refunded or exchanged after being printed. Please keep in mind that designs on the screen can’t be 100% the same as when the design is printed on paper, fabric or any other material.

REPLACEMENTS

Want to exchange your item for a different size? No problem! Just send back your original items within 3 days of receipt free of any damage and on their original packing.

DAMAGED ORDERS

We package every order with extra care, but accidents happen. If your order gets damaged in transit, please email a photo of the damaged item and a description of the damage to [email protected] We’ll ask that you return the damaged item and we’ll process a replacement item immediately.

Cost of shipping of exchange and returned items

All requests for return and exchange in the event of an unintended mistake by us, we do it free of charge, and the customer does not bear any additional costs.

Replacement or refund desired by the customer, the customer will bear all shipping and delivery costs.
